Blood in urine after peeing , pain in lower stomach

I have pee'd three times today and another time when i really felt like i needed to go and i didn't , each time my lower stomach starts to hurt, doesn't sting but then after a couple drops of blood follow. What should i do ? What could it be ?

I have noticed a strong ammonia smell to my urine. Could this be due to taking the supplement- catalyst or omegaplex? I drink tons of water and eat lots of green veggies as well. I'm very concerned.

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl and for the past week I haven't been able to feel when I need to urinate until I feel a slight pain. There is no feeling leading up to it. And after I do my stomach hurts so badly I can't move for a minute. I have no clue what's wrong.. Any advice? Thanks.
