I have noticed a strong ammonia smell to my urine. Could this be due to taking the supplement- catalyst or omegaplex? I drink tons of water and eat lots of green veggies as well. I'm very concerned.

There are many things that can cause urine to smell like ammonia.  A bacterial infection could cause this.  Others disease can be diabetes, metabolic disorders, sexually transmitted diseases, medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, or liver damage.  You described that you take "catalyst" or "omegaplex" as something you are taken.  Stop taking it and see if the urine loses its ammonia odor.  If you do this and it doesn't help, you might see if any of your veggies have a high content of nitrogen.  This could be a culprit as well.  If all else fails, go to the doctor and have your urine tested.
