Possible dislocated rib? I fell in the shower and landed on my lower left side

I slipped and fell in the shower a few days ago and  landed on my lower left side. Went to the ER to get an x-ray and the doctor said that he saw nothing wrong but inflammation. The point of impact " where I actually hit the side of the tub" doesn't hurt anymore only if pressed on....

Possible rib injury

I have this spot on my lower ribs on the left side, it's visible deformity, you can see it and feel it, it pops when I move, laugh, cough, etc, it hurts when I breathe and sometimes it will just hurt especially if it's been popping a lot, so is it something bad or what is it?!?!

Bunion surgery

I had bunion surgery on my left foot last year in May. I still need to have surgery on my right foot. Last time I had a cast for 8 weeks and it was miserable. I was wondering if anyone has had bunion sugery where they did not need a cast. Any help would be much appreciated.
