Too hollow chest (sternum)

hard lump on index finger

im 30 year old female, about 2 months ago i notcied a small white hard lump on my middle joint of the right index finger, it has grown a little and is as hard as bone, it doesnt hurt apart from when i knock it, then it travels down my finger.

lump on front of shoulder

I have a lump on the front of my shoulder near the collar bone, and after a month of it being there, I think I can safely assume that the lump is not going to go away on its own. What do you think this could be? Do I need to be worried about this? Any other people with similar symptoms?
