I have a large bump under my arm pit

hi i have a pimple like bump under my armpit and it hurts really bad so i put pressure on it and it popped like a pimple and green stuff kept coming out. the same oil and grease that comes out of a pimple came out also is this something i should get checked out?

lump near my anus

i have just been to the toilet and notcied a medium sized lump near/on/around my anus. i think i also have a smaller sized lump round this area. the mdium sized lump feels quite solid whereas the other one doesnt. im really worried this may be cancer or something please help
