Can a heel lift replace a different leg length orthopedic?

Should i run while a storm is on?

I like to run. However I don’t always have enough time to do it when the weather is nice. So I am forced to run at bad weather. I was caught by storm several times. I was soaking wet head to toe. What do you think I should do if catch by storm while on run?

At what point do you begin sweating?

Unless it's a hot day, I don't begin sweating until after about a mile. This is for about a 7 minute pace, which I guess is normal for my runs. What's normal? When do you begin sweating?
