I am 15.what workout is suitable for me?

I am 15 and is 48 kilograms. I am quite skinny and so is my arms. What workout is suitable for me to build my chest, and especially arms and abs. And will it stunt my growth?

Skirt after Weight Loss

I lost 60 lbs. through a cahnge in lifestyle; low/right fat, high fiber, and incresed exercise. I have also lost 10 inches in thw waist. Wht remains is the skirt from the weight loss. I am perplexed and can't seem to get rid of this. Can anyone offer any insight?
