What are your experiences with barbell bench? I could say that I am still a beginner since my maximum weight is 105 kilos. Well, I do tend to increase this amount and I would like to hear your combination, how did you increase your weight? I also like to work with dumbbells no matter what exercise....

How many Ab Crunches is enough

I recently went on this diet, called the abs diet. I lost 22 pounds and two days ago I started to work on my abs, by doing crunches, but every time I do a crunch my whole body shakes. is that normal? Are my abs muscles just too weak after diet? How many crunches is enough for me?
