I recently went on this diet, called the abs diet. I lost 22 pounds and two days ago I started to work on my abs, by doing crunches, but every time I do a crunch my whole body shakes. is that normal? Are my abs muscles just too weak after diet? How many crunches is enough for me?

Keep your routine simple. Once your body has adjusted to the stress, change up your routine, hitting the groups from different angles, the abs adapt fairly quickly, so you'll need to shock them to keep from platueing.
