I have started working out about a month ago. I still keep getting sick to my stomach after my workout. I thought it would go away once I get in shape but no, its still there after a month. Why is this? Its like I feel so weak and dizzy after I stop which in return makes me feel sick to my stomach (almost about to vomit) no matter what I do before or during a workout. Any suggestions on how to make this stop? I would really appreciate your help because Im desperate, I’ve looked everywhere but no one can tell me exactly why this happens. Im desperate, please help me.

how is your pain? if its still ongoing you should get it checked might me a medical problem.
