Stopping Exercise- feeling anxious

Hey :-P I have been exercising almost daily for 3 months now. I've stopped now for about week or so and feel completely agitated/anxious- if anyone knows anything about this please help. Cheers, Nat

Eating before training

I need some info and advice about eating before training I just has started with running training and have noticed that my stomach hurts pretty bad while running so I thought is it maybe for the fact I usually eat before training and if so what t is the proper eating time before training?

440 cal. in 25 min. on eliptical t. possible???

I did some cardio on the eliptical trainer yesterday and it showed 440 calories after just 25 minutes! I did 2 minutes on level 15 and 7-8 km/h, then 2 minutes on level 17 and 12-13km/h, than 2min l15 7-8 again, than 1 minute on level 18 and 11-12 km/h, than all over again. I´m 17 years old...
