im 16 almost 17, and have just started to try gain some muscle after recovering from a bike accident.(only 3kg DB's)
ive always noticed a massive jolt in my body when doing certain movements but only realised this a few weeks ago.
(read subject)
it doesnt hurt at all but it does put me in a lot of discomfort as the thought of the bone like coming out and the noise/thud it makes as it pops back in is horrid.

i videod myself and as you can see its pretty strange.
im pretty sure this isnt meant to happen, and as being a teenager asking family and people you just get patronised and ignored because they assume your doing if for attention.
all i ask is whats wrong/what should i do?
sorry if this is in the wrong topic, im new.

Hi there, you've posted this in the right spot. :-) You need to take this video and show it to a doctor. It does not look good and something is not working right with your body. I think you need to convince your parents that you need to see a doctor about it because it could be serious. You can tell them I sent you. Let me know how it goes.

well rediculous thing is , i've been to see a doctor(sorry to not say at first but otherwise people would just ignore me further) and he said its nothing to worry about, thing is when i went to show him what happens, it didnt actually happen, so he didnt see it popping out.
i went on my own, and he had a patronising tone in his voice and started going on about how if it was dislocated it would hurt etc, even though I didnt say that i have dislocated it... which leads me to think hes diagnosed me wrong mainly because he didnt see it happening.
just confronted mum and she said she wont take me to a doctors again because i have already been and now she is convinced its nothing just becuase the doctor said so...
i know when something doesnt feel right.

I would say that the best person to toalk to would be either a doctor who has a DO or a chiropractor. Have you spoken to either of those?

well ive been to the doctor.
chiropractor sounds good, yet i have a feeling it will be 'have you been to the doctors?' 'yes' 'nothing to worry about then'
but i am going to try regardless.
thanks
