I have been exercising almost daily for 3 months now. I've stopped now for about week or so and feel completely agitated/anxious- if anyone knows anything about this please help.

Hey Nate, the same thing happened to me when I was forced to stop exercise because of the injury and then I did a little research and I have found out that physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals. These chemicals influence on our mood and after exercising we feel happy and relaxed. In addition to this we also feel better about our
appearance and this boosts our confidence and improves our self-esteem. So if there is no good reason why you have stopped with regular exercising my advice is to start again. If you don't have time to do that like you used to than try at least three times a week and this should be enough to improve your mood and keep you in a good shape. And exercising is a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun because you can always ask your partner or friend to join you. Happy exercising!
