How to stretch my neck?

I have some problems with my neck. There is a certain tightness and sometimes dull pain there. I have desire to stretch it but I am not sure how to do it. I am afraid to make things even worse. Do you know what the best neck stretch workout is? I appreciate any suggestion.

Random popping sound in my right hamstring while doing weight training

i am new to weight training. when i do leg extensions, my right hamstring makes a popping noise when i am lowering my legs. i often feel a pull in this area when i run. does anyone else have a popping muscle? popping, not pooping--thank you very much.

rule o' thumb for increasing weight at gym?

I've been working out since about Thanksgiving. The program is a whole-body workout twice a week. It says to increase the weight you lift with upper body 5% each week, and 10% for lower body. Does that sound right? thanks gocubbies
