I'm a 14 year old boy and I've recently started lifting weights I'm comfortable with and can do well. I'm 5 foot four and 8 stone. I'm sure I'm using the right technique and not doing excercises that strain my back. Will this stunt my growth at all?

cardio regarding question

Not sure about this

I use caffeine to increase my workout is this bad also I consume up to 1000mg-3000mg. yes I understand the over dose is 5000mg. Well my question still stands does this help me or tire me. Oh and I take the caffeine in pill (200mg) form and coffee(100mg).
