Hi, I am 26 years old body builder and I don't make any progress with my bench for several weeks already. I have tried different supplements but it didn't help me. I would like to continue with progress which I have made till now but I don't know how to overcome this problem. If someone has more experience with this I would like to hear your suggestion.

Hi, there may be several reasons for your stagnations, for example your diet, or overtraining. You don't need to train one muscle group more than once per week. I would suggest you also to train your triceps properly because they are playing important role in bench exercises. Check these things and you will make improvement.
