Hi, I am 23 years old male and I have started with my training two months ago. I am pretty inexperienced but my body is reacting very well on trainings and I have started to gain weight already. I would like to know how much training most days in the row.

Hi, as you are beginner you will see as time pass that resting is equally important as training. I suggest you to train three days in the row the most. After that you would have one day rest. Also good system is two days training in the raw and then one day rest. Some people think if they train every day it would make their progress faster but it is just not true.
