Coughing till my head starts buzzing to near blackout.

Started with chest cold cough, cough started lasting 5 to 10 seconds then head would start buzzing to almost blackoutand unable to more my arms.As soon as I stop coughing everything is back to normal. Drive for a living and can't have this happen on the road
