arm falling asleep while sleeping

Last night, my right arm from my shoulder to my fingers kept falling asleep on me while I was sleeping. I was not laying on it and I moved the arm to several positions during the night. I woke up at least 5 times during the night from the pain of the arm falling asleep. What could this be?

Unexplained Dizziness/Lightheadedness

I've been getting lightheaded sporadically since 12/24. I've been to a neurologist, cardioligist, ear/nose and throat, eye doctors. They've found nothing. I know this is not normal for me. I keep coming up with theories like dried out sinuses from too much allegraD, flonase, dehumidifier etc....
