i have numbness in my right hand at any given time.i could be when i am just sitting there or it can happen when i am on my motocyle. my hand goes numb on the right side of my palm and starting from the right to the left my fingers start to follow. it will go away when i staighten out my arm and shake my hand out. i don't know what could be causing it.
