Answered by a doctor

Anyone have suggestions for dealing with sweaty hands during yoga? Any postures that require hands on the mat result in major slippage! I've considered using talcum powder or anti-perspirant. Ayudame!

What can you tell me about speed skating?

I heard of Speed Skating. I am not sure what it is but would like to know something more about it. Some people say that it is an Olympic sport now. People are skating and trying to be as fast as they can on short distances. Can you tell me something more about it?
