Feet falling asleep

Anyone here ever heard of or had their feet fall asleep while running? My thought is that it's the calves becoming too tight. The shoes aren't tight and seem to fit well.

Its been months i cant get my energy into a higher pace. I run about 30 minutes a day and i still feel heavy. I tried every possible way like eating on time 2 hours prior to running, without food, or drinking plenty f different kinds of juices etc..I drink plenty of water ,enough sleep.., i tried it...

Shin splints or something else?

I've been on a running program for about two weeks and the shin splints (atleast thats what I think they are) are killing me! I've read about ice/heat, massaging them, wrapping, etc. I've done most everything I can and they refuse to heal. The pain is just above my ankle on the inside of my legs....

Here's the problem. I work 9-5 and want to go running after in central park. I bring my bag with running shoes and shorts so I can change and go right after work. But there is nowhere I can keep my bag while running. Any suggestions?
