Its been months i cant get my energy into a higher pace. I run about 30 minutes a day and i still feel heavy. I tried every possible way like eating on time 2 hours prior to running, without food, or drinking plenty f different kinds of juices etc..I drink plenty of water ,enough sleep.., i tried it all and i still do not feel light while i run. I thought of taking bee pollen or eleuthero or cordyceps but before i need advice. I am 33 and i weight 185lbs.

Try only running three or four different quality running sessions a week instead of running every day.

For exmple:

Day 1 - 30min run
Day 2 - Rest
Day 3 - 8X400m Sprints
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Long and Slow 50min Run
Day 6 - Rest
Day 7 - Cross Train or Rest

Sub 39min 10k Run
Sin 50min 3.5km Swim
Sub 1.30 Half Marathon
