How do i know if my shoes are right for me?

You said your feet and joints dont hurt when you run...How far have you ran?? I am brand new to this forum and so far It seems like there is a lack of people who post replies. So I'll try to help as much I can.
If you dont wanna spend money on new shoes and those are fine for how far you are running then use them I say. You may end up needing new ones as you run further and further.
Let me remind you though that its all in comfort and luxury because many shoes I have seen are realy thin (like pumas) or very flat (like boots used in the military)
You can run in anything but you experience any discomfort try finding something more supportive.

I would see an expert also. I have had the smae issue before but some shoe inserts I got years ago changed my life... Don't go for the cheap ones online, go to a palce and have them made...
