How to deal with sore ankles from cycling?

My riding speed averages around 20 mph. I manage to keep that pace even on long distances. I am persistent and do no give up easily. I have sour ankle and it keeps me away from my cycling goals at the moment. Should I train through the pain or wait until it passes?

Pain in knees after bike rides, what could be the cause?

Biking is my life you can say. I have enjoyed it for many years. I have been experiencing pain in my knees after bike rides recently. I thought that it would pass but it is still here. I curse every ride afterwards since I have to put up with pain in my knees. What do you suggest I should do?

What do you think about taking Ibuprofen while cycling?

I am a dedicated cyclist. I don’t let anything get in a way of my training. I do not stop because of pain. I just take some Ibuprofen and keep on cycling. However I read recently that this is not the best solution. What do you think about taking Ibuprofen? Is it good or not?

Have to quit cycling due to knee pain

I liked to cycle. I still do, maybe even more than before. Since all good things must come to an end, I have to quit cycling due to knee pain. It is getting worse so I was unable to finish the last race. It was really frustrating. What do you suggest I should do? Thanks for your advice.

How should i divide my duathlon training?
