Biking is my life you can say. I have enjoyed it for many years. I have been experiencing pain in my knees after bike rides recently. I thought that it would pass but it is still here. I curse every ride afterwards since I have to put up with pain in my knees. What do you suggest I should do?

Over training and improper alignment on the bike can cause many problems, knee pains being one of them. You have to have a perfectly fit bike frame. It depends on your leg size and some other things. Also you have to give your body enough time to rest and recuperate. Training too much too often can result in over training and often in injuries. I suggest you see your doctor and see how serious it is. Then you will know what to do about it.
