problems with dry skin

Since I remember I had the dry skin. Sometimes it can be very irritating. Because of it I have more scurf then normal. Also when I rub my hands it sounds like two parts of paper rubbing each other. I work with concrete and my hands are dirty and dry most of the time. What can I do?

hyperhidrosis with facial sweating

I have facial sweating at random times of the day. My hairline gets wet, etc. I have talked to my doctor who has told me to talk to a dermatologist. I am having trouble getting an appointment and am getting very frustrated. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Psiorasis

I was suggested to use cortisone ointments is treatment of psiorasis. I haven’t found them very effective. What else can be used in topical treatment of psiorasis? I have spots on legs and they are not so visible, but look bad. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks.
