testicle transplants - are they done?

When I was 16 (9 years ago) I had testicle torsion and doctors had to remove it after they had failed to diagnose it promptly. Terrible! Ever since the removal surgery I wanted to get a new testicle. How feasible are testicle transplants or testicle cloning?

Cut off a piece of my scrotum with scissors while trimming hair around testicles.

Recently I've notice that the skin on my scrotum has become slightly swollen, among that I seem to be sweating a sticky substance from my balls. It's quite itchy, also the skin on my penis is quite dry and itches often too. Please help as I'm very embarrased and confused to what it is. Cheers.
