I am on remicade currently and I think I am experiencing some side effects. I have a bad back pain (I barely walk), feel weakness and nausea, I even almost vomited today (by the time I came to the bathroom, I calmed down).

It is very possible this is because of remicade. These are not very serious side effects, but I think you should anyhow see your doctor. Some side effects occur in first days of use (chest pain, difficulty breathing, rash, itching, fever and chills, high blood pressure) then body adapts. Call your doctor and see from there.
