Hi,

my girlfriend has been using birth control pills for about two years now and everithing was fine. Last month she changed the pill and since then she has breakthrough bleeding and she even gained weight for 2kgs.

As i said before she is taking new type of pills second month now and my question is, is she protected?

As far as I know breakthrough bleeding doesnt effect the effectiveness of birth control pill?

I am worried about that 2kg weight gain.
