Bleeding after loosing virginity

Hi i m jen and im 18 lost my v to my bf after 3 years of dating and it hurt a lot the first time and after we had sex a few times when ever i go to the bathroom and i wanna pee i feel pain and after a lil drop or 2 of blood comes out and i feel there is somthing else comin out but its nothing can you help plz
