hey i am 13 and have never had my period before. Yesterday my discharge turned brown and i freaked out. I told my mom and she said not to worry. It might be that i am just getting my period soon or this is my period. But it started on a Thursday. Can you start your period every day of the week?

I got it yesterday I have almost everything but my cramps started yesterday as well. I don’t know if I just cut myself or not. So I don’t know if it’s discharge mixed with blood that I cut myself with. but it doesn’t sting down there or anything. So I don’t know

Yes you can get your period any day of the week you would just get it monthly when it becomes regular. I don’t have mine yet but it’s probably not an infection. If you get concerned tho talk to a parent or ask to talk to a doctor

its probably not your period. You how ever could be starting soon and if you still are confused just ask your mom that's the bets thing to do at first cause she has already had hers and still does probably so she will give you some answers:) I'm not a doctor btw

I’m only 13 and this is the first time I got brown discharge and I’m terrified. I’m scared that my tummy doesn’t cramp so doesn’t my back could this mean I have an infection not a first sign of period. I’m scared that I know nothing about this and my Mum had her period differently meaning she never had discharge so she is also confused and everything I know is from the internet. Can you please explain if it’s normal not to have cramps and is there anything else I should know? Thank you
