can cortisone cause muscle spasm..I been taking cortisone an lidocaine injection for about five years  every three month ..but now I been having painful muscle spasm every day for the past month on my neck.an shoulder an Pain in right hip an tail bone lower back..i have to go for a cortisone an lodicaine shot tomorrow i don't need any more pain I need to know please before I see my dr for the injection...an also those needle are really long an he put them almost all in my body where the pain is...answer me please need your help
