Adderall can cause impotency and so can smoking. The easiest thing for you to do would be to change your diet and then maybe get some help on your addictions.
Seriously, fast food hardly deserves the title of food. Its alright once every now and again but you definitely can't live off the stuff or it'll lead to other health problems.
