The Ketonic state is meant to be an ideal state for people who try these low-carb diets. I know that they can be effective but I do have to maintain my skepticism that people who diet at all are able to keep the weight off because usually people don't and that's why diets are so ineffective in the first place. I don't know what the issue is but I will definitely stay away from this if I decide to diet, even knowing that it does help people lose weight.
