I don't know of any way to compare the two so we would know if one hurts more than the other. It's not like comparing a kick in the balls with childbirth, that one's pretty easy. I don't know how anyone could compare it since the same person cannot experience both. When I was a kid I took my share of crossbar hits on my bicycle which always made me wonder why boys bikes had crossbars and girls bikes didn't.
