I have increased vaginal discharge the past two weeks. The past couple days it has increased the discharge is a watery clear no smell discharge. Today i noticed a thick green discharge with out any smell. I have not been sexual with anyone in a long time. I do have some cramping in my lower abdomen. I am from Canada living in San Diego and do not have a doctor. Is there any clinics that would not cost me an arm and leg to get checked out, or do you think this might pass in time?

In my opinion, green discharge should definitely be checked out. It is most commonly a sign of some kind of infection, most likely gonorrhea or trichomoniasis. How long has it been since you had sex? Some std’s need 90 days tops to show symptoms while others have no symptoms at all.

Many planned parenthoods offer std testing, see if you got get cheaper service there, some even offer some free service if you meet the requirements. However, I am not sure if you could use the service if you are not San Diego resident.
