Hi I am 14 and a guy.

I masterbate every day and sometimes twice a day, the best times to do so is late at night in bed when you have a blanket over you so you can be naked or what ever amount of clothes you have on so if they walk in you can stop real quick and wait till they are gone.  Another of the best times is when you are in the shower or bath and you can do it then with the locked door or if you want to you can just be in a locked room and masterbate(if you search around this site you will find ideas for masterbating in the tub).  And finally the best time is when you are at home alone for a few hours you can be in any room in the house naked and you can masterbate.  I hope this helped.:-D
