i am sexually active but my partner and i use condoms correctly and he pulls out before he finishes for extra measure. anyways, my period is due in 5 days and my cervical mucous is sort of dry but there are small white bits in it. i am also having slight cramps. i was just wondering if being dry is normal before having your period. sorry for the tmi, i am just new to doing cervical checks and was curious. thank you.
