Hey, I'm Haley. Im 15 turning 16 in November. I have purple - ish lines/veins on my boobs, their short and in random places, so what is it? I started my period 2 years ago and my breast have been (well to me they look the same kinda) their just to small to be fully grown! And my mother and sisters have big breast (there all big breasted) and then mine are just to small.. So I'm pretty insecure about my breast.. Also I was bore premature (11 weeks early) so can this effect my development (my breast size) ?? Please I need help. Thanks :) p.s ASAP!
