today i went to take my yasmin birthcontrol pill and i realized that i had missed yesterday's pill. i had unprotected sex last night and he went inside me. how worried should i be about getting pregnant? andalso i do know about the "mornig after pill" but i don't have access of a vehicle to go get it. is there any other options as far as prevention is concerned?

Well missing one pill is enough to make the birth control ineffective.
You could try douching with spermicide, but sometimes that just pushes the sperm in farther, and you would probably have to travel to a pharmacy just to get it.
You have 72 hours, try to get your boyfriend to take you, or the bus, or have a friend or relative take you. It's really worth the inconvenience for them. Remember, the faster you take the pill, the less likely your chances of being pregnant are.
