Insomnia and frequent urination after having a cortisone injection in the wrist. Why is that?

After my cortisone injection in my wrist i cant stop peeing and having extreme nightmare waking up every 2 hours. Body in alot of pain. Is this normal

I did have a steroid injection and had insomnia and did notice I was up at night peeing a lot , so yes I have experienced this . I had the insomnia and anxiety after , I read that the insomnia is a side effect , wish I was more help but many ppl have experienced the insomnia and anxiety
