does any of you experience stomach pain or symptoms similar to your usual period pain during withdrawal bleeding?

I'm on my first pack of pills and should get my withdrawal bleed soon because today was my last pill, and i have a lower stomach pain and back ache and the need to go toilet to do number 2 (not pee) just like my usual period pain when i wasnt on the pills, but is this normal? because withdrawal bleeding is not period.
