Hello! I have really pain menstruations and my gynecologist prescribed me 20 mg of Toradol twice a day (10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening) for five days. A friend of mine told me that it is two much for me and that I can overdose. Is this true? Thank you very much!

Hello! Generally speaking, everyone should take drugs exactly as they are prescribed. So, if your gynecologist prescribed you 20 mg of Toradol twice a day for five days, then you should take it. I assume that you have really painful menstruations. I think that your friend told you that you can overdose, because standard dose is 10 mg per a day. probably she heard for that somewhere and that is why she told you.
