It is a VERY serious tuberculosis infection.
The infection can be treated and stopped but the damage has been done and never will heal. Scarring from PTB is permanent.
Right now though you are HIGHLY contagious, more so than in an ordinary case of PTB. Basically you have developed pockets of dead tissue/liquids that are coughed out. The risk of spreading infection to others is VERY high.
Speak with your doctor/pulmonologist NOW for more specific information as we don't have your test results, etc., available. You really SHOULD NOT delay treatment.
