good day! how serious is this diagnosis? what is the proper medication for this? when you say the lung is collapsed would there be a chance of recovery for this? if there is how long? what are other serious causes of lung collapsed?

It is VERY serious.  First off, you have PTB and it needs treatment.  Secondly, you've had it a while and your lung is seriously compromised.  It will never recover either.  The scarring from PTB is permanent. 

There may be a chance that the lung can reinflate IF the cause is not related to the PTB.  You also have pneumonia which requires treatemtn.

See your pulmonologist/doctor.  Treatment varies but often can last for 6 months or longer.  I urge you to follow all prescriptions TO THE LETTER.  You don't want this to get any worse.
