Hi Ivie,
It means that there are infiltrates, things that should NOT be there, in your upper right lung. The report indicates that there is a strong probability that you have PTB.
Follow up with your doctor.

There is a chance that the "infiltrates" are scarring from your past PTB infection.
You really do need to follow up with your doctor.

what will happen to me If i will not take the medecine for PTB instead of just taking all the natural remedies to boost my immune system to fight the bacteria ?
because when I got pregant last year I want to a pulmonologist and he said my xray is not too bad aand maybe we can find some other ways ..but I already taking the medecines..so he said ...but I am concerned with the baby I was conceiving that time...that's why I ask him..he said ..just stop the medecine and go back to him after giving birth...
after that I went to the public doctor where I get my medecine for free..and she badly argued and insisting that I have to take the medicine if not it will worst and my aby as well will get infected,,,..so I was very afraid so I took all the medicines until december 2016...

Taking the medication was the best thing you could have done.
We can't offer specific medical advice. You need to see your doctor. They know your history, can review your test results, and examine you.
Follow up with your doctor.

If you do not have active TB then your son should not be affected.
Again, check with your doctor.
