I want to know something about this case, on where it came from and how to cure it

findings in both upper lobes are suggestive of PTB

please correlate with clinical and other diagnostic parameters

Hi Leni,

You likely have PTB.  It is spread via the air, you inhaled it. 

You need more testing, usually an x-ray to start (probably already done) and often a sputum sample to confirm.

Treatment is via antibiotics.  You must take them exactly as directed.  It is important to note that the damage done by PTB is permanent as it scars the lungs.  The infection itself can be cured but the scars will always be present.

Hmm antibiotics for ptb? I have my ptb back then 2010 but im completely treated 6months is there a possible to have ptb again? Thanks!

Yes you can get it again, and again, and again.

It may also be old scar tissue that they see on the x-rays - that's why I said "sputum sample." See your doctor.
