Scrotum Swelling after Accident

Dear Doctor

I Willson 32 years old man worked as vehicle mechanic please note  4 days ago just an accident in my work place  too hard press lift side scrotum. That time just small pain only after few hours lift side scrotum , the swelling is - only on one side. Just i wake no big pain  but here  i want to do hard work every day jump, run, weight life that time pain and now 5 days ago still that swelling . Now i am working location Afghanistan free zone US army camp here i don’t get good Medical treatment and Sick leaves.
