Ive been on birthcontrol for about two years. Within the last six months, I switched over to the nuva ring. I ended my sexual relationship, and stopped using the ring. Since I stopped taking it I have had spotting all throughout the month. During the time of my period, I have experienced cramping, headaches, and a very light period. I am not currently sexually active, and am wondering if this is a side effect from getting off the pill.
